As the Territory Sales Manager for the lawn care products brand, you will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating sales and marketing functions within the state.

Territory Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Implement the sales programs at big box retailers and others accounts for the territory to ensure sales goals are achieved
  • Implement the Region’s marketing program as developed in conjunction with the VP of Sales
  • Take the leadership role in establishing a strategy for individual dealers to significantly grow revenue and continue brand expansion
  • Provide weekly and other reports as deemed necessary to achieve sales and planning objectives

Territory Sales Manager Education, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

  • BS in Agriculture, Marketing, Business or another applicable field
  • 5+ years of sales experience, preferably in OPE (outdoor power equipment) industry
  • Must possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, willing to learn, goal oriented, and focused on growth
  • Due to the nature of the products and customer base, a strong mechanical aptitude is important. Experience with outdoor power equipment or agriculture is a plus
  • Able and willing to travel extensively as required
  • Knowledge of OPE dealer needs and requirements
  • Proven track record of sales development and marketing creativity
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build good long-term, sustainable business relationships
