HR/EEO Diversity Specialist

Our client is looking for a self-starter that is passionate about the diversity & inclusion initiative. 


Functions and Responsibilities

  • Support the annual EEO & Inclusion action plans and activities.  Also provide administrative support to the Diversity Officers.
  • Coordinate and support inclusion initiatives for the Diversity office, including the diversity fair, diversity summit and other events.
  • Assist the Diversity Officer with the review and investigation of with discrimination matters, including investigations, fact finding, research and document review.  Draft analytical reports of investigative findings.
  • Monitor and verify invoices and expenses.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements with travel desk.
  • Assistant with projects as needed.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of data and information.
  • Draft reports, meeting agendas, and other duties related to administration of the Diversity Office, including: updates for Senior Staff meetings, agendas and presentations, All Hands meetings, Executive Management Committee meetings and others as needed.






  • Demonstrate strong communication skills (written & verbal), outstanding presentation and facilitation skills. For an enhanced customer experience.
  • Demonstrate discretion in highly sensitive or confidential matters, sound judgment and decision making are critical.
  • Must have experience implementing internal programming that includes educational awareness, training & facilitation of organizational development initiatives.
  • Must be a change agent who is a strong communicator, engaged listener and strategic thinker
  • Advanced applied knowledge of federal, state, and local EEO laws is required
  • Must be proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience with Survey Monkey, Mailchip and Memberclicks or similar applications.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Polished written work product, and effective presentation skills
