Our client is a real estate investor that is needing an Admin Assistant to wear a few hats. Ideal candidate will be able to start immediately and assist with both Administrative and Clerical duties on a day to day basis.

They will serve in a way as an Office Manager and communicate and assist various departments and managers. Ideal candidate will be able to start as soon as possible.

 

Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Office;  Word – Excel – Outlook - Powerpoint

Someone that can multi-task easily

Willingness to become a Notary if not already

Outgoing and confident personality is needed

Excellent communications skills

Professional in behavior and appearance

Have the ability to handle confidential information

Must be an independent worker that enjoys a fast paced environment

A willingness to work in different areas of the company:

  • Front desk relief
  • Maintain Workroom supplies and equipment
  • Work with vendors for specific office supplies
  • Kitchen duties
  • Distribution of the mail

Work with all departments within the organization
