CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
Our client in the Pharmaceutical company in Burbank, California is looking for a Customer Service Rep to join their growing team. Ideal candidate will be able to deliver excellent customer service experience by being assertive, courteous, responsive and knowledgeable.
|Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Responsible for processing orders and creating new accounts
- Cohesively work together with the team in order to meet demands of the customers
- Process orders received from existing customers by accessing accounts in system
- Ability to provide pricing and any other relatable information to the customer upon request
- Respond to all incoming emails from customers/management companies promptly (70% of job)
- Handle incoming calls and verify accounts over the phone, resolving any issues (30% of job)
- Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures
- Must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Must have clear communication skills over the phone and excellent written skills for heavy email correspondence with accounts/ clients/ management.
